Nutrition

Not a diet. I will work with you to find the best approach to a sustainable, healthy relationship with food. I can help you plan, make better choices and learn to enjoy the food you are eating without guilt. 

Nutritional therapy can support and improve many health conditions and can help improve mental health too. I often work with clients who have auto immune conditions or experiencing long covid, those who wish to adapt a more plant based lifestyle and those suffering from stress.

Deep Dive Therapies

Sometimes we need to delve a bit deeper. For most people Just having the accountability and advice of a nutrition coach is all that is needed. However, years of dieting and negative self talk can lead to mental blockages that need to be unpicked to achieve your goals. This is where NLP and Hypnotherapy sessions come into play. Working with you we can find the best tools to unlock your potential, whether it be Hypnotherapy to help stop overeating and beat sugar cravings or using Neuro Linguistic Programming to help break bad behaviour patterns and reprogram the mind making long term weight loss effortless. 

Wellness for the workplace 

Looking after you employees wellbeing is extremely important. Staff that have a wellness program in place feel more appreciated, are more productive and have less sick time. 

Wellness packages are built to suit the needs of your business and can include stress management techniques, menopause management, seated yoga, nutrition workshops, massage & aromatherapy. 

My Approach

After working in the fitness industry for many years and feeling a bit disillusioned with commercial gym mentality, the Covid - 19 shutdown gave me a chance to re evaluate my direction. Always studying and gaining new qualifications specifically to help my clients mindsets when it came to their health and wellbeing, I knew that coaching people holistically for better long term health was the direction I wanted to move to. I've been very fortunate to work with health insurance providers and other large blue chip companies, as well as smaller local businesses online during lockdown, providing their customers and staff with the help that was needed to keep them happy and healthy. 

We look at several factors together including nutrition, movement, stress management, mindset and sleep to find the best way forward. 

I have always been a firm believer that you do not need a gym membership or have a joyless, restricted diet. I'm all about good food, movement that you enjoy and learning to love who you are in the here and now. 

Due to the awareness and huge demand on employers and educational settings to look after the wellbeing, both physical and mental, of their staff and pupils, I also put together bespoke packages for wellbeing days. These can include stress management and mind dump techniques, nutrition for mental health talks, yoga for the workplace or for school day transitions, mindfulness & meditation and so much more.
